Like any overseas port, foreign vessels arriving at the port of entries in Kiribati are required to undergo quarantine, customs and immigration clearance before they are allowed to enter or depart the country. All necessary documents should be made available to Customs including passport, immigration cards, port clearance, etc.
While detail information on vessel clearance in both Tarawa and Christmas ports can be obtained from the Customs & Immigration office detail information on supply restrictions such as vessel draft, etc can be obtained from the Kiribati Port Authority.
Our ground product fleet is our mode of fuel delivery to these ports. Each unit is carrying fuel capacity of 25000 liters with pump rate of 800 liters per minute. The gas oil supplied by KOIL complies with the latest standards in the petroleum industry.
Fuel supply orders and payments can be pre-arranged two weeks before the vessel arrival with KOIL Head Office via our mail or telephone contacts provided in our contact page.
